The name Bela is a variant of Bilah, an epithet of the great uniter Nimrod. Bela applies equally to Sargon and his favored son Rimush. It also applied to one of the sons of Gudea.
The Adam and Seth of Genesis 4:24 may be composites. See discourse in Chapter 7 under "Adam and Seth: Inyotef and Montuhotep".
