Yes, he looks very much like Akhenaten, but who can tell with a 100% accuracy which of the Amarna busts (which I assume is part of the source of identification in this case) really belongs to Akhenaten and which to his brothers, cousins or maybe even his sons?

I read on the site that experts consider the mummy to be Ramses I without doubt, but how can they be sure?

Are there any wall paintings or busts with the inscription of Ramses I which match the facial features of the mummy?

I would be very interested if someone knew some source to check things out.

One of the Amarna busts which was found at Tuthmose's workshop which portrays a young man, has exactly the same features as the mummy called Ramses I.

This man in the bust, looks much like Tutankhamen, but the bust is believed to belong to Akhenaten in his youth... though there seems to be no inscription in the bust to corroborate this.

Of course if the man in the bust is Akhen in his youth, then the Atlanta mummy cannot be Ramses I (though I'm pretty sure that the Atlanta mummy is not Akhenaten).

The bust I'm referring to and the mummy are exactly the same person, no doubt about it. They have the same facial marks and bone structure.

If someone could bring some light into this subject, I would be most obliged.
