Not sure if this is a new printing, but it is from a published by
J.H. Parry & Company, 1887 Salt Lake City, Utah.

Sounds a little like Joseph Smith, "Lord would in the Latter days", "Wrote on tablets of stone", "He put on the Garments (of might and power).

It sure is differant, but I have not read it all.
