If you're an engineer, did you ever hear this joke:
The optimist says the glass is half full.
The pessimist says the glass is half empty.
The engineer says the glass is larger than it needs to be.
My view on "evil" is sort of like the engineer's view above. It's not a pessimistic view, it's just another way of looking at things that sometimes seems to make more sense of reality, even if appearing irrelevant.
And I forgot to say that my view is supposed to be said in a joking mood.
