Sounds to me like trust...trust that things will unfold as they should in accordance with their own schedule (ie. organically)....

A day when leadership is motivated primarily by a deep desire to serve...rather than based in fear and the perception that resources are limited and not abundant....my first reaction to this naive statement is "you can't get there from here"....but if I consider it a bit longer I know that we get there....I just have now idea how or when....

Also, how can we possibly get where we want to go without knowing who we are and where we have been....the orthodox view of our history creates a rickety foundation from which we could never make progress along these lines...to me that model suggests an honor, nobility and selflessness in the old paradigm that is a best a gross distortion/exaggeration.
