Actually, from what little I know about genetics and dna, it seems most unlikely of any alien origin for our species, since it seems we are genetically wise, way too close to the rest of the species on this planet, and especially to all of the mammals!

Thus, it seems that if any alien species had any part in our creation they must have genetically engineered all of the Earth's species, especially those who came after the dinosaurs!

Indeed, it would be a project fit for gods!

I, for one, see more evidence or inidications of spontaneous mutation of species rather than the slower process of evolution.

But, that is just my humble and uneducated opinion about a subject that is not anywhere within my area of expertise.
