Re: Sitchin and Annakin
In Response To: Sitchin and Annakin ()

Thank yo Charles. I got what I was looking for in your last response:

Quote:
"In general, Sitchin often confuses later role playing with the original "primal scene" "

I have often thought that it is darn near impossible to be sure about ancient dating. Sitchin himself admits to a time frame of a few hundred thousand years ago. How can he be sure what time those clay tablets are referring to?

Quote:
"earlier event, and one that likely involved a meteorite impact rather than a nuclear detonation and alien activity. However, in myth, a meterorite could be considered a type of "god" or a judgment of the gods."

So meteorite impact would be your preference. This is, I guess, as reasonable as anything. And more likely.

Thanks. I just wanted to know your view of Sitchin.
