Black skin is “not” limited to Africans. Brown skin is “not” limited to Mexicans. Yellow skin is “not” limited to Chinese. Native American Indians never had red skin.
In most cases, only a white skinned person can change colors!
The art may indicate that a white skinned person is now in a warm, hot place!
