Yes, I have read Sitchin's arguments on the subject. It is possible that the name of Khufu was forged, but personally I think it is more probable that Khufu and the longer form Khnum-Khufu "(The God) Khnum Protects Me" were epithets of Re, and therefore predate the 4th Dynasty. That is, the name was not original to the 4th Dynasty pharaoh by that name, and could have been written inside the Great Pyramid well before the 4th Dynasty. Of course, this also requires that the Great Pyramid itself existed before the 4th Dynasty, a possibility that would not be seriously pursued on a mainstream pop archaeology show like "Digging for Truth", which is better suited for the Disney or Nickelodeon Channel.
