Osiris was in a deadly love triangle with his sisters Isis and Nephthys.
The role of Isis in Osiris' death is made more explicit in the Greek myths associated with the killing of Adonis, and in the Mesopotamian myths of Dumuzi, especially the myth of Dumuzi and Geshtinanna. It is also preserved in the Biblical story of Dinah and Shechem.
The details are in the on-line book.
