All the more astounding that Marc Antony was so compelled to pick up where Julius Caesar left off with Cleopatra. It seems that once a royal family of sorts was established in Rome, the appeal of playing the ancient royal mating game was irresistable.
By the way, Octavian also killed the eldest son of Marc Antony by his first wife Fulvia ("Blondie").
