You did well to hold your book to a manageable size. This is absolutely critical for popular appeal. General readers will instinctively respond to the realness of your main insight and ignore the little things critical reviewers get so bent out of shape over. And you can always tie your thesis to a bigger picture in following efforts.
I thought about posting my chapter-by-chapter review on your forum, but decided that would be a little rude since I am also trying to harmonize your book with my work. It dovetails so nicely with the Herodian model I've been trying to develop here. So, I'm very motivated to help you succeed!
I'm a bit like Eisenman. I keep on expanding the scope beyond anyone's ability to "swallow". Eventually though I would like to package what I've learned into something suitable for public consumption.
