And here is a key to much of ancient history;
"Egyptian Minister of Culture, Farouk Hosny, announced made an agreement with the Ministry of Finance according to which, all customs and money stamp marks imposed on Int'l movie production companies filming their productions in Egypt, would be Abolished. Here, it is noteworthy to mention that these tariffs were the main reason forcing Int'l. Movie companies to leave Egypt, preferring to shoot their films in other countries."
Certainly duties have prevented the development of more nations than the alternative!
