Ellis is described as a sharp, lateral, and original thinker. I find his arguments to be logical and plausible albeit they seem to lack academic quality. He is into Osman-Pope territory with a style of writing reminiscent of Daniken. For further reading I suggest you explore the link below for some of his articles.
