How did the Planets Really Form?
It seems well established that twin suns "fight" each other and one generally wins out. However, I haven't found any web sites proposing that the planets were formed from the violent interaction of a twin sun system. The standard view is that the planets condensed from gas and dust in the early solar system.
The closest thing I came across to the idea of a second Sun becoming "Mother of the Gods (Planets)" is the "Exploded Planet Theory":
