In summary, the number of Great Kings ("world rulers") from the beginning of the Dynastic Era in Egypt until the end of "native rule" in Egypt is fully and accurately recorded by the Bible (Old Testament). Note: There was no change in ruling family at this time. The ruling family merely stopped pretending to be exclusively Egyptian. The Bible also provides the means of determining parallel/regional dynasties that are known from archaeology and establishing an accurate chronology of the ancient world. The true chronology is radically shorter than the one established using archaeology alone, because so many parallel dynasties have been assumed to be sequential.
